Event Process

Simply distribute the printed beer mats on the tables or at the stands.
The programme is the perfect icebreaker and promotes exchange in a playful way:

• The necessary group formation (~ 4-6 people per set) takes place spontaneously, on their own initiative and informally in dialogue between the participants.
• Each group receives a set of beer mats (9 mats + 1 set of instructions) with a total of 10 varied puzzles - from logic tasks and word games to picture puzzles.
• In a relaxed get-together, the fact that each group receives the same puzzles means that the exchange between groups is automatic!
• The game is won when all 10 puzzles have been solved.
• The solutions can be easily checked using the QR code on each beer mat, which ensures a quick sense of achievement and keeps the game flowing. If necessary, hints can also be called up via QR code.

Each set contains a colourful mix of tricky brain teasers, humorous riddles and clever logic games, all printed on high-quality beer mats. Simply distribute the beer mats on the tables and watch your employees or guests interact naturally, pondering and laughing together.

The puzzles are designed so that they can be solved without any additional aids - all you need is an alert mind and teamwork! And if a puzzle does give you a headache, help is just a scan away: a QR code on each beer mat leads directly to hints and allows you to check the solution. The difficulty of the puzzles is between 2 and 4 on a scale of 1 to 5.
